How to Prep a Cup of Warm Lemon Juice


Our favorite way to prepare a warm cup of lemon water is to heat filtered water up to about 200 degrees F. Meanwhile, slice a lemon that has been properly cleansed in thick 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch slices. (You want the flesh of the fruit to be exposed so that more of the lemon juice diffuses out.)

Put 2 slices of freshly cut lemon in a mug. Pour 8-10oz of warm water over and let the lemon seep into the water for 3 minutes. Drink and enjoy 🙂
